We have an opportunity for a Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services business.
In this varied role, you will be advising, building, and overseeing the implementation of best-practice solutions in a range of Microsoft technologies with a focus on SharePoint. It’s an excellent position to work with an array of clients from large household names to more boutique businesses.
Some of the activities you will be involved with include:
- Create solution designs with the end user in mind and their end-to-end journey
- Ensure the solution design adheres to licensing, infrastructural, QA, technical and other platform constraints
- Consult on the development of custom solutions, monitoring and managing consistency against the original solution design as the owner of the end-to-end user journey and experience
- Evaluate and create impact analysis on major design options and assessing and managing associated risks
- Facilitate formal workshops on implementation strategy and information architecture
- Facilitate formal workshops for the implementation of intranets
- Work with and support project managers to ensure that budget and technical risks are managed appropriately
The right candidate for this role will have:
- Experience working in a similar, consulting-led role advising and guiding clients on transformative projects
- Hands-on experience with advising clients on projects within the Microsoft product stack (SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Suite)
- Ideally past experience working for a Microsoft Partner or equivalent
