The Identity Management Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management solutions across our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background primarily in Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect but also should be aware of best practice security principles across other technologies.
The role will also spear head and run our Identity as Service offering that delivers a proactive approach to items including Inactive Accounts, Conditional Access Policies, Workload Identities, Access Reviews and Guest access.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and other identity management technologies.
• Experience with identity management policies and procedures including Conditional Access Policies.
• Experience with on-premises identity systems integration with Azure AD, including Active Directory and ADFS.
• Technical experience working within a Managed Service environment.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting all components of Azure Active Directory
• Good understanding of wider Microsoft Cloud inclusive of Intune and Defender suite.
• Good understanding and capability using PowerShell.
• Experience in Microsoft Graph would be beneficial.
• Excellent demonstrated customer service skills.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience with a ticket management toolset.
• Experience with Remote Desktop tools
• Microsoft Certifications MCSE, MCITP, MCSA would be beneficial
